Shipping - Parts and Accessories

When you order parts or accessories online we will usually ship the order within two business days. If we can not ship within two business days, we will notify you by email.

Orders will be sent via US Postal Service or by UPS ground. We use flat rate shipping calculations which are based on your order total. If you choose standard ground shipping you will be able to review the shipping charge prior to placing your order. If you choose to have your order expedited by choosing UPS 1 day air or UPS 2 day air, then shipping charges will not show up in the shopping cart or on your online order. The actual cost of sending your order via 1 day air or 2 day air will be manually added to your order after we have packed and weighed your order. You can call us at 800-552-4382 and we will give you an estimated shipping cost if you chose 1 day air or 2 day air.

Returns - Parts and Accessories

You can return non-electrical parts to us unused within 14 days of receipt. We charge a 10% restocking fee on all parts and accessories that are returned. You will receive a credit for the amount of the part(s) only, less the restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Electrical components can not be returned for credit. If you return parts to us, please include your name, phone number and original order number so we can identify your order and have the information to issue a credit.

The parts that we sell are OEM parts for the Tank brand scooters. These same parts may also work for other Chinese scooter models, but we do not warrant that any part will work for specific non-Tank models.

If you purchase a helmet from us and it does not fit, you can return it to us at your expense and request a different size. We will send the replacement size with no additional shipping charges one time only. We will charge the actual shipping fee to send any additional size exchanges after the first free exchange.

Shipping - Dirt Bikes and Scooters

Dirt bikes and scooters are usually shipped within two business days. If the item can not ship within two business days, we will let you know by email.

Dirt bikes are usually shipped directly from our Georgia warehouse via UPS Freight. Scooters are usually shipped from the Lance Powersports warehouse in California. Shipping costs to ship directly to your home or business are included in the price of the dirt bike or scooter. The truck lines deliver most orders in 1-5 business days once they pick up the item.

All dirt bikes and scooters are shipped with shipping insurance coverage. It is your responsibility to check deliveries when they are received. If there is damage, please note the damage on the bill of lading before you sign for the delivery and then call us within 48 hours to let us know of the damage.

If there is damage caused by the truck line AND you have noted that damage on the bill of lading AND you have notified us within 48 hours, then we will file the claim for you. If you do not note any damage on the bill of lading or contact us within 48 hours, it may be impossible for us to receive reimbursement for any damage caused by the delivering truck line.

On rare occasions a dirt bike or scooter may be delivered to you that has incurred extensive shipping damage. Please call us at 800-552-4382 immediately to report the damage so we can tell you how to handle the situation. Only refuse delivery if the item is extensively damaged or we have directed you to refuse the delivery. Parts and body panels that have incurred scratches and minor breakage problems can be replaced by us faster and easier than dealing with a refused delivery.

Returns and Cancellations - Dirt Bikes and Scooters

If you have ordered a dirt bike or scooter online, you may cancel the order at any time before it is shipped. Call 1-800-552-4382 during normal business hours to cancel an order. Normal business hours are from 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday Eastern time.

Orders that have been shipped can not be canceled. Orders that are refused upon delivery will be returned to us. You will receive credit for your purchase after we receive the dirt bike or scooter back in it's original crate and in new, unused, re-saleable condition. We will issue a credit for the purchase price less the actual shipping charges that we have incurred and will also deduct a 10% restocking fee to reimburse us for the credit card charges and paperwork expenses.

It costs us $125 or more to ship one dirt bike and $200 or more to ship one scooter. The truck line will also charge us for return shipping if the order is refused. Those actual shipping charges along with the 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your purchase price before we issue a credit.

Any dirt bike or scooter that has been taken out of the shipping crate and has been fully or partially assembled can not be returned. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size dirt bike for the intended rider and the correct scooter for your intended use. Returns are expensive. If you find that the dirt bike or scooter you ordered is too small or too large for the rider, it is far easier and cheaper to complete the assembly and sell the bike locally rather than ship it back to us.
