New Customer Service Procedures

In order to cut down on the number of phone calls that we receive each day, effective immediately we will respond only to email inquiries and questions.  Please email scootersgeorgia@aol.com and we will respond within 1 business day or less in most cases.

Note:  This web site is updated daily.  If there is an order button next to a product, then we have that item in stock.  If there is no order button next to the item, then we are out of stock of that item.  If you do not see a part that you need on the web site, then we do not have that item in stock.

Since Tank Sports and two of our other main suppliers have gone out of business in the past year, we are phasing out our parts and will not be adding any additional inventory.

We will be in the office Monday through Friday for the balance of 2011 in order to respond to emails, pull parts orders and ship the parts that you have ordered.  We ship most orders the same day that we receive the order if the order is placed before 3pm Eastern time Monday-Friday.
